Lachlan Jones is the Founder of Dirty Mocha, an artist management and consulting project focused on helping artists build sustainable, career-driven momentum.
With over a decade of experience in the music industry as both a touring artist and manager, Lachlan brings a practical, inside perspective on what it actually takes to grow. His journey in the music industry began in 2012 where he toured nationally and internationally with multiple artists, before moving into management, where he has worked closely with emerging artists to develop strategy, grow audiences, and expand into international markets.
Through Dirty Mocha, Lachlan now works directly with artists on a consultancy basis — offering clear, actionable guidance across release strategy, touring, team building, and long-term career planning. His approach is direct and tailored, focused on cutting through industry noise and helping artists make confident, informed decisions.
Alongside his consulting work, Lachlan is developing VELVET, a platform designed to help artists connect and build more sustainable touring networks.
